He received a bachelor degree in industry analysis from Guangxi University. He began to work in Guilin Environmental Monitoring Central Station in July 1997, since when he has been engaged and responsible for air and exhaust gas monitoring, laboratory analysis, integrated services, and information construction of environmental monitoring.
