2012 history 09 The World Local Government Summit Forum having been held during the IUCN World Conservation Congress Jeju 2012 agreed to establish Cyber Environment Network of World Local Government (ENCYNET). -
2013 history 07~10 Notified the guide for signing up to be a member of ENCYNET. 11 Established the Consultative Body for ENCYNET. 7 cities from 4 countries joined ENCYNET
